Random Password Generator

Generates a secure, randomized password based on configurable complexity rules. The action allows you to define minimum and maximum length requirements and optionally include numeric and special characters. Uppercase and lowercase letters are always included to ensure baseline complexity. If includeNumbers or includeSpecialChars are not provided, they default to true for security-by-default behavior. The action also guarantees that at least one character from each enabled category is present in the generated password and randomizes character placement to avoid predictable patterns. This action is intended for use in automated password reset flows, user provisioning, and account recovery scenarios.
